Nothing about your week is random. See how training is built around speed, strength, and recovery so your progress is planned, not accidental.

Ever wonder what you're actually signing up for? Like, what do the workouts even look like week to week, and is there a real plan behind them or is somebody just making it up each morning?
Fair thing to want to know before you commit. So here's the honest tour.
There's a plan, and that's kind of the whole point of this place.
Random is what happens when you train alone and do whatever you feel like. It's why so many people put in the effort and go nowhere. Around here, every week is built on purpose, so the work stacks up over time instead of resetting every Monday. That's the philosophy we run on.
We split the week between lower-body and upper-body focus, and inside that we balance two different kinds of days.
Some days are about moving well and moving fast, building speed and control without grinding you into the ground. Other days are about getting genuinely strong, pushing closer to your top-end effort under a coach's eye.
You need both. Only ever going hard burns you out and gets you hurt. Only ever going light never changes anything. Putting them together on purpose is what makes you stronger and keeps your body in one piece.
Good question, because plenty of gyms skip this part.
Movements rotate so you're not hammering the same joints the same way forever. Volume and intensity get managed instead of maxed out every day. And a coach adjusts based on how you show up, because the day you slept three hours is not the day to chase a personal record. It all lives inside our coached group classes.
Then there's room to grow. If you catch the bug for the technical side, Olympic weightlifting teaches the snatch and the clean and jerk step by step, positions before weight. If you want to pick up heavy, awkward objects and feel like a machine, strongman is coached and scaled too.
Neither is required. They're there when you're ready. You can eyeball the whole week on our class schedule.
Reading about it only gets you so far. One coached class will tell you more than this whole article.
