Not sure which one fits you? An honest look at when one-on-one is worth the money and when a capped class is the smarter call.

So you know you want coaching, real coaching, not just a keycard and a wall of machines. The question is whether you need one-on-one personal training or whether a coached group class is the smarter move.
Most gyms will happily steer you toward whichever one makes them more money. We'd rather just tell you the truth, so here's an honest breakdown.
A few situations where individual attention is genuinely worth it.
You're coming back from a specific injury or you've got a medical situation that needs careful, dedicated eyes. You've got a very particular goal and want a fully custom plan. Or your schedule is so unpredictable that fixed class times just won't work.
In those cases, personal training is the right call, and yes, it costs more per session, because you're getting someone's undivided attention the whole time.
Honestly? For most people, most of the time.
Because our classes are small and capped, you still get a coach watching your form and scaling the work to your body. You get most of the benefit of personal training, plus a couple things one-on-one can't give you. There's energy in the room, there's a bit of accountability from training alongside other people, and it costs a fraction of private sessions. That's coached group training, and it's the backbone of the gym for a reason.
We ask and we watch, before we ever talk membership.
The first thing that happens is a real conversation about your history, your goals, and any issues going on, and an honest read on which path fits. If a group class will serve you better, we'll say so, even though it's the cheaper option. That's just how it works here.
No mystery pricing. You can see all of it on the pricing page, group memberships and personal training both, month to month with no contract.
The cleanest way to answer this is to come in, train, and talk it through with a coach who isn't trying to upsell you.
