Kinitro exists to close the gap between cheap classes with weak coaching and expensive personal training. Real coaching, for regular people, since 2015.

The turning point came at a previous gym. A manager pushed him to upsell a client who had just been robbed at Christmas. John would not do it. It felt disingenuous to him, plain and simple.
That refusal is the whole company. The training is the product. Nothing else gets sold to you. Every decision since has been measured against that one moment.
Every class is led by a coach who watches your form, scales the work to your body, and pushes you with a real plan. No phones, no distraction, no agenda.
Group classes were affordable but came with weak coaching. Real coaching meant paying for expensive personal training. Performance-quality coaching should not be a luxury reserved for athletes and the wealthy. John built Kinitro to close exactly that gap.

We know a serious gym can look intimidating, and trying something new in front of strangers is scary. The people who need the most help tend to hide in the back. So we built the opposite room. A 70-year-old trains next to a college athlete and neither feels out of place. Coaches know your name and watch your form. You belong here, whatever shape you walk in with.
These are Kinitro members in their own words. Beginners, parents, former athletes, all coached in the same room. Press play and hear how it went.
