Is Kinitro Fitness safe for beginners with no gym experience?

Yes. Every class at Kinitro Fitness is coached and individually scaled, which means beginners with no gym experience train alongside more advanced members while receiving movement adjustments suited to their level. You don't need to already be "in shape" to start.

Is strongman training safe, or is it just for advanced lifters?

The risk in odd-object lifting comes from loading a stone or yoke with no one watching your setup, or guessing at technique. Kinitro Fitness removes that risk by coaching every rep and scaling load to where each member actually is.
