John Ding founded Kinitro Fitness in 2015, after coaching professionally since around 2004. Since founding the gym, he has trained over 1,000 people ranging from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

Yes. Every class at Kinitro Fitness is coached and individually scaled, which means beginners with no gym experience train alongside more advanced members while receiving movement adjustments suited to their level. You don't need to already be "in shape" to start.
