Kinitro Fitness is for adults who want to train seriously—without being punished.

How Getting Started Works

Step 1: Intro Session

You’ll complete a full coached training session and movement assessment so we understand your goals, history, and readiness.

Step 2: Choose Your Training Frequency

Most members train 2–3x per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery. We guide you—no pressure, no upselling.

STEP 3: Train With Intent

You show up. We coach.

Every session is structured, progressive, and designed to move you forward safely.

Training Options

Foundation — 2x / Week

Build consistency, confidence, and a strong base.

Performance — 3x / Week

Faster progress with balanced strength and conditioning.

Performance+ — Unlimited

Maximum flexibility and coaching exposure. Always scalable. Always coached.

Training Paths You Can Grow Into

Our core program builds strength, conditioning, and durability for everyday life.

As members progress, some choose to explore additional training paths such as:

  • Strongman-style training (carries, sleds, real-world strength challenges)
  • Olympic weightlifting (technical lifts taught progressively with full coaching support)

These options are optional, coached, and based on readiness—not required on day one.

Great gym with wonderful gym culture! It has nice amenities like private showers, recovery suite (massage therapy, cupping, cold water therapy, etc.) Clean and well maintained facility. The pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of coaching and classes. So many variations of workouts you can do with all the specialized equipment. Great for anyone looking for results in their fitness journey!

Working with John has really helped transform my training as a rookie football player. He has a keen sense of the mechanics of the body which helped correct and perfect my form. He also introduced me to effective techniques and methods to enhance my strength, endurance and learn how to use my maximum power. This is definitely a great place to workout. From group classes, to open gym this is the place to be. Coach Mark, coach O, coach Jeremiah, and coach John they bring the intensity. If you need help with a workout movement they will work with you to do it with correct form. From the jams to the camaraderie this is the place to be.
